When purchasing an Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar you are legally bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Please check your quotation very carefully as this is a list of your order. Changes and additions to the specification are chargeable.
2. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Delivery of your kitchen will be approximately 4-6 weeks from placing your deposit, this may be longer during busy months.
4. Quoted prices will remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise stated.
5. Where the specification involves alteration to your electrical or plumbing systems our responsibility extends only to the alterations and not to the entire system.
6. Installation will only be carried out if expressly stated in your quotation.
7. Your Elevate Outdoor Kitchen should be installed in a safe location away from any hazards or flammable materials.
8. Our 3 year warranty only applies to the structure and any defect that is not due to undue care or damage. Appliances are not covered by our warranty (see individual appliances for their own warranty)
9. Your Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar must be paid in full before the date of delivery.
10. Where natural materials have been used on your Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar variations in colour and shade over time are to be expected with the natural weathering over time.
11. Your Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar must be used for the intended purpose only and we are not legally responsible for any accidents or harm caused by in-proper use or negligence.
12. The customer is responsible for the safe use of our Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & bar and must read carefully the Safe Operating & Maintenance Instructions before using.
13. Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar must be used by a competent person at all times ensuring people, pets and flammable materials are kept at a safe distance to avoid any injury or damage to persons or property. Elevate Outdoor Kitchens & Bars will take no responsibility for any damage to persons or property during use.
14. Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar is designed to be used all year round, however in very high winds we recommend that you keep the door/roof in the closed position.
15. Ensure any permissions have been sought to install your Elevate Outdoor Kitchen & Bar, if in doubt legal advice should be sought.
16. Ensure that you have a level solid base before installation.
17. If you have purchased an Elevate model requiring water, electric or connections to other services, this
is your responsibility to ensure it has been installed safely and we will take no responsibility for works not carried out by ourselves.
18. We will rectify any defects that arise within the 3 year warranty period unless not covered by our warranty (see warranty for exclusions).
19. Your personal information collected will not be used for any other purpose or be given to any third parties.
20. Important Never close the door during use of the BBQ or other cooking appliances and ensure they have had enough time to cool down.
