Yes we can quote for these separately.
Can I easily add to it over time?
Yes if you want to add a pizza oven or tv etc. this can always be done at a later date.
How long does it take to install?
99% of installations take one day.
Is it fireproof?
The areas that could be exposed to direct heat are made of fire retardant materials.
Is it waterproof?
Yes.
Do I need planning permission or building regs?
No.
Do I have to have access to my rear garden for delivery and installation or can it come through the house?
If we know at the point of order, your elevate kitchen can be pre-built to go through the house but unfortunately, we will need to charge a little more.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Not at this time but we do accept credit cards to help spread the payment.
What sort of warranty is provided?
All of the appliances have their own manufacturers warranty and the structure comes with a five-year warranty but if looked after correctly it is built to last a life time.
Do the appliances come with any guarantees?
Yes they come with manufacturer's warranties.
Is any maintenance/upkeep required?
Just normal cleaning and if you want to keep the cedar cladding looking glossy you can oil it every 6-12 months but you can let it age to a silvery grey which we actually like!
Does it have to be connected to a mains power supply?
No Elevate as standard just needs a gas bottle and the standard lights are rechargeable.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are refundable within 48 hours after which time your Elevate will go into production.
What Is your snagging policy?
Elevate is a high quality product but should you experience any problems with your new Elevate we are on hand to help.

What lifters do you use on the door?
As standard we use gas struts which help take the strain of lifting and closing the door.
Do you make in different sizes?
Elevate has two standard sizes but if you want something bespoke we love a challenge just get in contact.

How does the ventilation work for the grill?
Elevate has been designed with a pitched roof and a ventilation gap at the highest point to allow smoke and heat to escape.
What about condensation in the winter?
Elevate is completely enclosed meaning it keeps your kitchen/bar dry and sheltered from the weather.
Can you do quotes with plumbing, lighting and electric?
Yes we can quote for these services.
What materials are used?
Elevate only uses high quality materials that will last the test of time, including cedar cladding, phenolic resin ply porcelain worktops and a metal roof.
What appliances can I have?
Elevate comes with a gas BBQ but if you would like a smoker or pizza oven instead this can be accommodated. A drinks fridge also works well if you have a power supply. Speak to us for more details.
